Beef Stroganoff

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 500 g beef, cut into strips
  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, halved and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in pan. add beef, and stir until browned.
  • 2 add onion, and stir through. cook until onions are softened.
  • 3 add mushrooms, and stir through. cook until mushrooms are cooked through.
  • 4 add cream, stir through, and serve over rice.
