Beef Pasta

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 ounces beef, cut into pieces (tenderloin is best)
  • 3 ounces portabella mushrooms
  • 2 ounces roma tomatoes
  • 1 ounce green onion
  • 3 ounces mushrooms
  • 6 ounces pasta
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 ounce oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic

Recipe

  • 1 saute beef in oil till desired doneness.
  • 2 add mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes and garlic, saute till mushrooms are soft.
  • 3 add sauce and cooked pasta, heat another minute or two, then serve.
