Barbecue Beef And Biscuits

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can biscuit dough
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef with onion, celery and pepper. season with salt and pepper remove from heat.
- 2 stir in tomato soup and barbecue sauce (do not add biscuits until baking).
- 3 place in freezer bag. label and freeze.
- 4 to serve: thaw. place in greased baking dish. bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes. cut each biscuit in 4 pieces. arrange on top of hot mixture. return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.
