Beef & Rice Casserole For Two!

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking rice
  • 5 ounces packages frozen peas
  • 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 10 ounces water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions

Recipe

  • 1 brown the ground beef in a skillet with the onion.
  • 2 in a casserole dish, combine the uncooked rice, peas, soup, can of water, salt and pepper.
  • 3 add beef and onions and mix.
  • 4 bake at 325* for 1 hour.
