Beef & Rice Casserole For Two!

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking rice
- 5 ounces packages frozen peas
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 10 ounces water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
Recipe
- 1 brown the ground beef in a skillet with the onion.
- 2 in a casserole dish, combine the uncooked rice, peas, soup, can of water, salt and pepper.
- 3 add beef and onions and mix.
- 4 bake at 325* for 1 hour.
