Ingredients

- 1 kg beef, tendon cubes
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup brown and sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/2 star anise
- 2 tablespoons onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, diced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 1.heat oil in a pan sauté onion, garlic and ginger.
