Beef Paprika Soup And Dumplings

Total Time: 3 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 lbs stewing beef
  • 10 cups hot water
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water

Recipe

  • 1 using a large soup kettle: sauté onion and garlic in oil over low heat until soft.
