Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons butter
- garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 dash pepper
- 1.5 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (7 ounce) package flat noodles
- 6 green onions with tops, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 cook beef in butter until browned and crumbly.
- 2 add garlic powder, salt, sugar, pepper, & sauce.
- 3 simmer over low heat.
- 4 cook noodles and drain.
- 5 combine onions, cream cheese & sour cream.
- 6 grease 2 quart casserole.
- 7 alternate layers of noodles, cheese mixture, and meat sauce.
- 8 sprinkle top with grated cheese.
- 9 bake at 350 for 15-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
