Bacon Mushroom And Swiss Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground lamb
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 8 ounces grated swiss cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) package bacon

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl add all but cheese and bacon.
  • 2 cook and crumble the bacon,drain well and divide in half, placing 1/2 in meat mixture.
  • 3 add all but 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese to meat mixture.
  • 4 blend well and place in casserole dish.
  • 5 top with cooked crumbled bacon.
  • 6 bake at 350 for about an hour or till cooked through.
  • 7 top with the rest of the swiss.
  • 8 bake an additional 5 minutes or till cheese is bubbly.
