Always Perfect Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together in bowl. the consistency will seem extremely soupy, but don't worry, it will come out perfectly.
  • 3 pour mixture into a greased 9"x5" loaf pan.
  • 4 bake for 1 1/2 hours, draining fat every 30 minutes.
  • 5 top with ketchup 20 minutes before baking time is up.
  • 6 let cool in pan for 5 minutes.
  • 7 remove from pan and slice.
