- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 (5 ounce) package boursin cheese
- 2 refrigerated pie crusts
Recipe
- 1 fit one crust into a 9" glass pie plate.
- 2 brown meat.
- 3 stir in spinach and cheese.
- 4 pour into crust.
- 5 top with second crust. cover edges with foil or a pie ring.
- 6 bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
- 7 turn temp down to 350 for 30 minutes.
