- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (3oz)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 (16 ounce) can baked beans
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in slow cooker.
- 2 (browning ground beef is optional).
- 3 cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- 4 serve with buttermilk biscuits.
