Beef And Bean Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, browned off
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can mild enchilada sauce
- 8 -9 flour tortillas
- 3 -4 cups shredded cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown the ground beef and onion.
- 2 stir in taco seasoning mix, refried beans, green chilies, beef broth, and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce.
- 3 cook on medium heat until thick.
- 4 stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes. remove from heat.
- 5 fill each tortilla with about 1/3 cup of the mixture and a small handful of cheese.
- 6 roll tight and place them seam side down, side by side in a 13x9-inch baking pan.
- 7 pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- 8 bake on 350°f for 15-20 minutes.
