Beef And Bean Burritos

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb beef round steak, cut into 1 in. strips
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and slightly mashed
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- 2 heat over med. heat.
- 3 add steak and garlic.
- 4 cook until desired doneness (about 5 minutes).
- 5 stir in beans, chilis, and cilantro.
- 6 cook and stir 7 minutes.
- 7 spoon mixture on tortillas.
- 8 top with cheese.
- 9 fold bottom up, fold sides over.
- 10 garnish with salsa, sour cream.
