- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- salt
- pepper
- minced garlic
- rack of ribs
Recipe
- 1 mix everything except meat together in bowl.
- 2 spray crock pot with non-stick spray.
- 3 place ribs in crock pot.
- 4 place mixture over ribs and coat evenly.
- 5 cook on high 4-6 hours or until meat pulls from bones.
