Balsamic Roast Beef

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 lbs top round roast
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 ounces organic beef broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup chopped onion

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; rub roast with
