Baked Cube Steaks

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 cube steaks
  • 1 (26 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley

Recipe

  • 1 in a heavy pan, heat olive oil.
  • 2 put garlic in oil and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 min.).
