Aunt Linda's Goulash

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 lb short cut pasta (i use rotini)
- parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to package directions.
- 2 heat a skillet over medium high heat.
- 3 add ground beef and onion.
- 4 saute until meat is done and drain any fat.
- 5 add tomato sauce, worcestershire, catsup, brown sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. stir well.
- 6 when sauce is heated through add pasta to combine.
- 7 top with parmesan cheese.
