Aunt Linda's Goulash

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 lb short cut pasta (i use rotini)
  • parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 2 heat a skillet over medium high heat.
  • 3 add ground beef and onion.
  • 4 saute until meat is done and drain any fat.
  • 5 add tomato sauce, worcestershire, catsup, brown sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. stir well.
  • 6 when sauce is heated through add pasta to combine.
  • 7 top with parmesan cheese.
