Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb round steak
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup bouillon
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 4 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 cut beef into thin slices.
- 2 brown in beef and onions in the butter.
- 3 stir in flour.
- 4 cook and stir over low heat until mix bubbles and is smooth.
- 5 add and stir in beef stock.
- 6 boil 2 minutes.
- 7 add sour cream alternately with the tomato paste.
- 8 simmer and stir about 10 minutes.
- 9 salt and pepper.
