Beef Curry

Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 -3 tablespoons dried onion
- 2 (10 ounce) cans campbell's beef broth
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 (4 ounce) can pieces and stems mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- water
- sour cream
Recipe
- 1 brown meat with onions, drain fat.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients plus about 2/3 soup can of water.
- 3 i use a 12 " oven safe stove top pan.
- 4 bake 50 minutes covered at 350. remove lid and check water. if a little water remains just continue cooking for 10 more minutes uncovered. if all liquid is absorbed add about 1/2 c water and continue cooking uncovered 10 minutes.
- 5 top individual servings with a dollop of sour cream.
- 6 i serve with garlic bread and whole kernel corn.
