Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs stewing beef
- 2 boxes whole mushrooms
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 3/4 cups burgundy wine
Recipe
- 1 put raw beef in bottom of a large heavy pan.
- 2 cut mushrooms as desired and add.
- 3 add rest of ingredients.
- 4 (do not stir) cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hrs.
- 5 do not peek!
- 6 serve over noodles or rice if desired.
