Beef Burgundy

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs stewing beef
  • 2 boxes whole mushrooms
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 3/4 cups burgundy wine

Recipe

  • 1 put raw beef in bottom of a large heavy pan.
  • 2 cut mushrooms as desired and add.
  • 3 add rest of ingredients.
  • 4 (do not stir) cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hrs.
  • 5 do not peek!
  • 6 serve over noodles or rice if desired.
