Becky's Italian Style Meatloaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (for top of loaf)
- 1/4 cup pasta sauce (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
- 2 add egg beaters, ketchup, ranch dressing, garlic and worcestershire sauce.
- 3 add remaining dry ingredients.
- 4 mix together with a large spoon or hands.
- 5 form into a loaf shape on a greased cookie sheet, or spread into a loaf pan.
- 6 if desired, spread pasta sauce on top of loaf.
- 7 sprinkle with 1 tbsp parmesan cheese.
- 8 bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
