Becky's Italian Style Meatloaf

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (for top of loaf)
  • 1/4 cup pasta sauce (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
  • 2 add egg beaters, ketchup, ranch dressing, garlic and worcestershire sauce.
  • 3 add remaining dry ingredients.
  • 4 mix together with a large spoon or hands.
  • 5 form into a loaf shape on a greased cookie sheet, or spread into a loaf pan.
  • 6 if desired, spread pasta sauce on top of loaf.
  • 7 sprinkle with 1 tbsp parmesan cheese.
  • 8 bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
