Bea's Recipe For Basic Asian Soup

Ingredients
- 3 cups broth, vegetable, chicken or 3 cups beef
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- handful chinese noodles, broken up
- 1/3 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1/3 cup carrot, chopped
- 1 large green onion, sliced
- 3 heads baby bok choy, root removed
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon veg oil
Recipe
- 1 bring to a boil the first 7 ingredients, turn heat down and simmer until veggies are almost done.
- 2 if using meat, toss in now.
- 3 add onion and bok choy.
- 4 keep simmering until all veggies are cooked.
- 5 add soy sauce and veg oil.
