Baked Beef Roast With Veggies

Total Time: 3 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 3 hrs Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 5 -6 lbs beef roast
  • 1 (8 ounce) packet onion soup mix
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon meat tenderizer
  • 1 cup cooking wine
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 medium carrot
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 1. preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • 2 2. take the beef out of the package and wash it off well.
  • 3 3. line a casserole dish with aluminum foil and place the beef inside.
  • 4 4. coat the beef with the packet of onion soup mix, meat tenderizer,garlic and pepper.
  • 5 5. dice your veggie and add them along side the beef.
  • 6 6. add salt and pepper to veggies to taste.
  • 7 7. pour cooking wine over veggies and meat.
  • 8 8. cover over with aluminum foil.
  • 9 9. cook for 3 hours.
  • 10 10.take off the aluminum foil and brown the top of the meat.
  • 11 11. let cool then serve.
