Baked Beef Roast With Veggies

Ingredients

- 5 -6 lbs beef roast
- 1 (8 ounce) packet onion soup mix
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon meat tenderizer
- 1 cup cooking wine
- 1 medium potato
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium carrot
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 1. preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 2. take the beef out of the package and wash it off well.
- 3 3. line a casserole dish with aluminum foil and place the beef inside.
- 4 4. coat the beef with the packet of onion soup mix, meat tenderizer,garlic and pepper.
- 5 5. dice your veggie and add them along side the beef.
- 6 6. add salt and pepper to veggies to taste.
- 7 7. pour cooking wine over veggies and meat.
- 8 8. cover over with aluminum foil.
- 9 9. cook for 3 hours.
- 10 10.take off the aluminum foil and brown the top of the meat.
- 11 11. let cool then serve.
