Asian Style Meatloaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 3 slices bread, broken up into small pieces
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees in a large bowl mix together the beef, lamb, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, and celery.
- 2 season with 3 tbsp soy sauce, ginger, and 2 tbsp hoisin sauce.
- 3 pat mixture into a shallow 2 quart baking pan.
- 4 bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- 5 drain grease from pan.
- 6 in a small bowl mix 1/2 cup hoisin with 2 tbsp ketchup.
- 7 spread over top of meatloaf.
- 8 continue baking for 20 minutes.
- 9 remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
