Black Bean And Corn Soup

Ingredients

- 1 lb 96% lean ground beef
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup instant minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
Recipe
- 1 spray non-stick dutch overn or large sauce pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2 add ground beef and brown over medium-high heat.
- 3 drain beef on paper towels.
- 4 return beef to pan.
- 5 add all remaining ingredients.
- 6 bring to a boil.
- 7 reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes to blend flavors.
