Beef With Green Pepper

Total Time: 46 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb beef, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 large green peppers, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 marinate beef in soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry, egg , and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
  • 2 heat 2 tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
  • 3 stir-fry green pepper and salt 2 minutes; remove from pan; set aside.
  • 4 heat 2 more tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
  • 5 add meat mixture; stir-fry 3 minutes.
  • 6 add green pepper and cook 1 minute more.
  • 7 serve hot.
