Beef Noodle Company Casserole

Ingredients

- 8 ounces medium noodles
- 1 -1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles, rinse and drain.
- 2 brown meat in oil.
- 3 stir in tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce.
- 4 combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions, pepper, then beat.
- 5 spread half of noodles in a 2-quart greased casserole or baking dish.
- 6 build layers of cheese, meat, and noodles until all are used or casserole is filled.
- 7 pour butter over top, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- 8 let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
