Beef-noodle Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cream-style cottage cheese (16oz)
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces medium noodles, cooked and drained (3 cups)
Recipe
- 1 cook beef, onion and pepper in skillet until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
- 2 drain.
- 3 stir in tomato sauce, seasoned salt, and pepper.
- 4 blend cottage cheese and cream cheese together until fluffy.
- 5 spoon noodles into grease 10x6x2 inch baking dish (or use any size that you have that this will fit in).
- 6 spread cheese mixture over noodles.
- 7 pour meat sauce on top.
- 8 bake uncovered at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
