Beef N Beer - Crock Pot

Ingredients

- 2 -3 lbs boneless beef chuck roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups beer
- 1/4 cup flour
Recipe
- 1 coat beef cubes with the 1/2 cup flour.
- 2 brown in melted butter.
- 3 drain off excess fat.
- 4 in crock pot, combine browned meat with onion, salt, pepper, garlic and beer.
- 5 cover and cook on low 5-7 hours until meat is tender.
- 6 turn control to high.
- 7 dissolve remaining 1/4 cup flour in small amount of water.
- 8 stir into meat mixture, cook on high 30-40 minutes.
- 9 serve with rice or hot noodles.
