Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 cups v 8 vegetable juice
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper and drain.
- 2 stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
