Beef Liver Dumpling Soup Ii (leberklosse)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb liver sausage
  • 1 egg whites or 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumb
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon catsup (optional)
  • 3 cups beef stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley

Recipe

  • 1 shape mixture into 1 inch meatballs.
  • 2 drop into gently simmering stock.
  • 3 simmer 5-6 minutes.
  • 4 add parsley for garnish.
