Beef In A Cup

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, etc.)
  • 10 ounces refrigerated biscuits (10-12 count)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 brown beef, drain off fat.
  • 3 return beef to skillet add ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder, onion salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  • 4 let simmer 5 minutes.
  • 5 spray muffin tins with pam*.
  • 6 press biscuits in tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
  • 7 spoon about 1/4 cup (approximately) of meat mixture into each biscuit lined cup.
  • 8 top with cheese.
  • 9 bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
