Anita's Chili

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (27 ounce) can brooks chili beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can brooks chili beans
- 1.5 (16 ounce) cans water
- salt
- pepper
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef and onion.
- 2 add fresh chopped parsley.
- 3 add brooks beans and water, heat to boiling.
- 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 stir in stewed tomatoes after 20 minutes of simmering.
- 6 slightly mash.
- 7 add buillion cube and hot sauce to taste.
- 8 simmer for another 30 minutes, and serve!
