Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, chopped, to taste
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 5 3/8 ounces tomato soup
- 5 3/8 ounces tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix meat loaf ingredients well in a 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish.
- 2 put meat loaf in 350 degree oven and begin cooking while you prepare the sauce.
- 3 combine sauce ingredients, mix well and pour over meat loaf that is in the oven cooking.
- 4 cook for a total of 1 1/2 hours.
