- 1 lb beef
- 1 large onion

- 1/2 cup water
- 4 potatoes
- 1 cup green beans
- 4 small carrots
- 1 cup tomato
Recipe
- 1 heat cooker, add fat and brown meant.
- 2 add onions, pepper, salt and 1/2 water.
- 3 add the remainder and cover.
- 4 allow steam and then add weight indicator.
- 5 cook for 10-12 minutes, turn off and let cool.
