Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 2 cups potatoes
  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 (16 ounce) envelopes beef stew spice mix, mccormicks brand
  • 4 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 from frozen, no need to defrost, just drop it in the slow cooker and cook
  • 2 for 7-8 hours on low (minimum internal temperature of 145°f).
  • 3 salt and pepper to taste.
