- 26 ounces beef, cubed
- 3 potatoes, pared and quartered
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1/4 tablespoon pepper
- 3 cups water or 3 cups broth
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a baking dish or casserole. stir to blend thoroughly. add water to cover, approx 2-3 cups.
- 2 cover dish with lid or foil.
- 3 place on rack.
- 4 set thermostat at 150 deg c or 300 deg f and cook 2-3 hours.
