Spicy Potato Soup Ii

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 4 cups cubed potatoes
  • 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 20 mins

    Ready Time: 1 hr 35 mins

  • brown beef and onion, drain.
  • add water, pepper, potatoes, tomato sauce, salt, and tabasco sauce. bring to boil. reduce heat to medium and simmer one hour or until potatoes are tender and soup is thick.
