Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 eggs or 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. mix well.
- 3 place in greased 8" x 4" loaf pan.
- 4 bake 40-50 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
