Ingredients
- 1/2 lb beef steak
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped )
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 small aji panca chilies (finely chopped )
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices bread
- salt and pepper (to taste )
- 2 slices monterey jack cheese
Recipe
- 1 grill steak to medium rare or as desired.
- 2 combine all ingredients like a sandwich and grill on griddle.
- 3 serve cut into bite-sized morsels.
