Barbequed Hot Dogs

Ingredients
- 6 -12 hot dogs (i prefer hebrew national, but feel free to choose your own!)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion (diced finely)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard (wet)
Recipe
- 1 saute diced onion in butter until clear (not brown!).
- 2 add ketchup, water, sugar, vinegar and mustard.
- 3 bring to boil and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- 4 serve hot! (but be sure to save any leftovers, you'll want them tomorrow!).
