Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 lb ground beef, browned
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet, saute onion and peppers with ground beef, then drain off grease.
- 2 add tomatoes, mushroom, olives, and oregano.
- 3 simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
- 4 place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
- 5 top with half of the vegetable mixture.
- 6 sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- 7 repeat layers.
- 8 mix the mushroom soup with the water and pour over the casserole.
- 9 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- 10 bake at 350°f for 30 minutes or until heated through.
