Biscuit-topped Stroganoff

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs 80% lean ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 brown ground beef and onions, drain.
- 3 combine sour cream, soup and milk.
- 4 add salt, ketchup and ground beef mixture.
- 5 turn into 2 qt casserole dish.
- 6 bake for 10 minutes.
