Beef & Kidney Bean Fajitas

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 300 g lean beef steaks
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/3 can kidney bean
  • 1/4 cup salsa, rojo
  • 2 tablespoons chopped jalapenos
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 slice meat into thin strips.
  • 2 slice onions.
  • 3 slice bell pepper.
  • 4 heat oil in non stick skillet.
  • 5 add meat and vegetables and fry until the meat is light brown.
  • 6 add remaining ingredients.
  • 7 simmer 10 minutes or until done.
  • 8 spoon into 2 flour tortillas.
