Beef & Kidney Bean Fajitas

Ingredients

- 300 g lean beef steaks
- 2 green onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/3 can kidney bean
- 1/4 cup salsa, rojo
- 2 tablespoons chopped jalapenos
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- salt
Recipe
- 1 slice meat into thin strips.
- 2 slice onions.
- 3 slice bell pepper.
- 4 heat oil in non stick skillet.
- 5 add meat and vegetables and fry until the meat is light brown.
- 6 add remaining ingredients.
- 7 simmer 10 minutes or until done.
- 8 spoon into 2 flour tortillas.
