Beef And Veggie Burrito Filling

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
- 3/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 brown the ground beef on medium-high heat.
- 2 drain beef if needed.
- 3 add onions, bell peppers, and tomato (time saver: use a frozen chopped pepper and onion mix).
- 4 add salt, sugar, and spices. stir well.
- 5 add water and allow to simmer for flavors to combine. cook until water evaporates.
- 6 serve in tortilla wraps with your favorite toppings.
