Bean Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can corn
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
Recipe
- 1 in pan, brown ground meat and add onion.
- 2 add all other ingredients. *if you drain the cans before adding them at this point add 1 1/2 cup of water. if you did not drain the cans, i like to use the juices for flavor, you probably wont need to add water unless you want your soup soupier.
- 3 simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- 4 sprinkle with cheddar cheese and sour cream. it's also yummy with crispy rounds.
