Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs boneless sirloin steaks, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Recipe
- 1 to prepare the beef, combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
- 2 cover and chill 3 hours.
