Anticuchos (peruvian Beef Kebabs)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless sirloin steaks, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons hot paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 to prepare the beef, combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
