Beef With Onions

Total Time: 48 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb shredded beef
  • 2 medium sized onions, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 marinate shredded beef in soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
  • 2 heat 3 tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
  • 3 stir-fry onions until light brown, about 4 minutes.
  • 4 add salt; remove from pan; set aside.
  • 5 heat 3 more tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot; stir-fry beef 3 minutes.
  • 6 add onions and stir-fry one more minute.
  • 7 serve hot.
